Gordons Restaurant
Gordons Restaurant is an institution in Braemar (in fact the oldest tearoom in Braemar), being remembered and revisited by all those who enjoy the superb traditional home made cooking. A wide range of foods are on offer to suit differing tastes including steak pie, prepared and baked on the premises and the much sought after sticky toffee pudding, a must for those who want to sample a traditional 'pudding' as it should be served. We also stock a wide range of the locally brewed Cairngorm Ales and the delicious Orkney Icecream.
Meals are served throughout the day and into the evening with all welcome, whether it be for a three course meal, a light snack or a beverage and home made scone or cake. Our hearty breakfasts really set you up for the day. We have again achieved the "Eat Scotland" award and have also been recently awarded a Silver Green Tourism award.
Please note our opening hours are: Friday - Tuesday 10am - 8pm, Wednesday & Thursday 10am - 4pm. We are closed for the month of January, re-opening on the 30th of January.
The restaurant has a refreshment license allowing patrons to enjoy a range of alcoholic beverages with their meals.
